About the role
The Pharmacy Engagement Specialist will drive the performance of Bausch + Lomb’s consumer portfolio across pharmacy channels in Jeddah. You will build strong pharmacist advocacy, ensure optimal brand visibility, and execute in‑store activations to grow sell‑out and market share while adhering to compliance guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and implement in‑pharmacy activities to achieve sales and visibility targets.
- Conduct regular pharmacy visits to ensure planogram compliance, product availability, and pharmacist recommendation.
- Execute in‑store activations, campaigns, POS deployment, and educational materials following brand guidelines.
- Collect insights from pharmacists and consumers to improve pharmacy‑channel programs.
- Track SKU movement, shelf share, pricing, promotions, and competitor activities, providing feedback to the Key Account team.
- Maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy managers, and key decision‑makers.
- Submit accurate weekly and monthly activity reports and manage allocated marketing budget.
- Attend internal meetings, industry events, and training programs as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sciences or a related field.
- Valid driving license.
- 1–2 years of sales or field operations experience in healthcare, FMCG, or pharmacy channels.
- Proven record of meeting sales targets and managing territory.
- Experience dealing with pharmacies and frontline customer engagement is an advantage.
- Action‑oriented with strong commercial awareness, networking, planning, analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
