Pilates Instructor (Mat & Reformer) – Guest Experience

About the role

Miraval The Red Sea is seeking a passionate Pilates Instructor to lead both mat and reformer classes for guests. The role blends mindful movement with the resort’s holistic philosophy, helping guests improve strength, flexibility, posture, and inner balance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead dynamic Pilates sessions (group and private) on mat and reformer equipment.
• Customize classes for all fitness levels, emphasizing core strength, breath work, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with the wellness team to design innovative Pilates programs and specialty workshops.
• Perform routine equipment checks, maintain studio cleanliness, and follow safety and sanitation protocols.
• Support fitness assessments, reset studio spaces, and participate in team briefings.
• Promote paid private sessions, group classes, and related wellness services through genuine guest engagement.

Required profile

• Certified Pilates instructor with experience teaching both mat and reformer classes.
• Strong ability to adapt instruction to beginners through advanced participants.
• Commitment to safety, cultural sensitivity, and Miraval’s holistic values.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
