Planner – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

The Planner is responsible for coordinating manufacturing activities to ensure on‑time delivery of products in line with customer requirements and business commitments. This role manages order scheduling, production planning, inventory support, and cross‑functional coordination from order release through shipment and invoicing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand, capacity, material availability and business priorities.
• Validate customer delivery dates, release work orders and monitor production flow to maximize throughput.
• Coordinate manufacturing execution, including BOM changes, customer inspections and cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering, Production, Quality, Stores and Customer Service.
• Support inventory optimization initiatives, identify bottlenecks and contribute to continuous‑improvement programs.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports such as Late Backlog, Root Cause Analysis, On‑Time Delivery and Inventory Turnover.
