Planning & Reporting Manager

About the role

The Planning & Reporting Manager will lead the planning, scheduling and reporting functions for a major road infrastructure project in Riyadh. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures that project timelines, resources and risks are accurately tracked and communicated.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules for roads and bridges using Primavera P6, establishing baseline plans and updating them as needed.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable schedules aligned with project goals.
• Monitor progress and performance metrics, analysing data to identify deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed weekly, monthly and daily reports for stakeholders, highlighting status, resource allocation and potential risks.
• Facilitate regular progress meetings, review challenges and adjust recovery schedules to keep the project on track.
• Lead risk management activities, identifying risks early and developing mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure projects such as bridges, underpasses, overpasses, roads and highways.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Planning & Reporting Manager on large‑scale infrastructure works.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Advanced use of the MS Office Suite.
