Planning / Scheduling Manager

About the role

Parsons is seeking a highly experienced Planning / Scheduling Manager to develop, maintain, and monitor integrated project schedules for terminal construction activities. The role involves close coordination with contractors and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of major aviation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules and recovery plans.
• Coordinate schedule integration between contractors and stakeholders.
• Monitor critical‑path activities and productivity trends.
• Support progress measurement and earned‑value reporting.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and mitigation planning.
• Prepare look‑ahead schedules and executive reporting dashboards.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of planning and scheduling experience on major aviation projects.
• Advanced expertise in Primavera P6 and scheduling methodologies.
• Experience in aviation or mega‑infrastructure projects preferred.
• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
