Platform Ops Lead

About the role

The Platform Ops Lead at NTT DATA is a development management position responsible for supervising technology operations, supporting systems, and ensuring that deployments are fit for purpose. You will play a key role in aligning IT initiatives with business strategy while fostering a collaborative, innovative team culture focused on operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of the IT strategy to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
• Ensure network equipment, hardware, and software meet business requirements.
• Provide input on technology planning and promote the use of strategic, high‑impact technologies.
• Participate in setting annual technology goals and detailed implementation plans.
• Identify emerging information technologies and integrate them into the infrastructure.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of new applications and enhancements to existing systems.
• Manage acquisition, installation, and maintenance of LAN hardware and software.
• Implement and maintain technology policies, standards, and procedural manuals.
• Guarantee continuous operation of mission‑critical services and oversee information systems operations.
• Develop and lead a team of IT professionals, encouraging collaboration and operational excellence.
