PMO Director

About the role

Khibraty is looking for a PMO Director in Riyadh to oversee and drive the successful execution of projects and programs within the organization. The role is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective project management practices, methodologies and standards across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Project Management Office (PMO), defining its strategy, structure and processes
• Develop and implement project management methodologies, standards and tools
• Align project objectives with the company's strategic goals through collaboration with senior executives and stakeholders
• Mentor a team of project managers and foster continuous improvement
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards
• Set up project governance structures such as steering committees and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders
• Implement risk management practices and contingency plans
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and resolve conflicts between project teams
• Monitor project performance against KPIs and report regularly to senior management
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in project management and telecommunications

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in project management roles on complex projects
• Certification in Project Management is highly preferred
• Strong business analysis discipline, analytical and communication skills, and leadership skills
