PMO Executive Manager

About the role

The PMO Executive Manager will lead cross‑functional project management operations, ensuring that cost, time and resource targets are met across Novelus Team’s portfolio of projects and contracts. This senior role is responsible for planning resource allocation, monitoring consumption, and providing strategic input to the COO.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the creation and maintenance of detailed project and contract execution plans covering cost, schedule and resource allocation.
• Review designs and operating procedures to identify opportunities for cost, time and resource optimisation.
• Ensure execution plans are recorded and regularly updated in the company’s ERP system.
• Track project costs and resource consumption against budgets using the ERP.
• Monitor progress and trends, flagging potential deviations early.
• Provide supply‑chain input when required and support budgeting activities.
• Report financial and operational status of projects to the COO and other stakeholders.
• Implement and continuously improve company policies, procedures, ISO standards and other relevant standards.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of project phases, execution sequences, finances and planning methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to prepare quantitative and qualitative reports.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Leadership by example with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail, entrepreneurial mindset, honesty and strong ownership.
