PMO Manager

About the role

EjadTech is seeking a seasoned PMO Manager to lead and develop its Project Management Office across technology and consulting projects. You will ensure governance, operational excellence, and successful delivery aligned with strategic objectives and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, evolve, and maintain a PMO framework that follows industry best practices and company policies.
• Define and enforce project management standards, procedures, and governance models.
• Monitor portfolio performance, track KPIs, and provide executive status, risk, and performance reports.
• Oversee technology and consulting projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Mentor project managers and delivery teams, fostering a strong project‑management culture.
• Develop templates, tools, and reporting frameworks to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, leadership, and internal teams, representing EjadTech in governance meetings and executive presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 10 + years of experience in project management and PMO leadership.
• Proven experience managing both technology and consulting projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
