About the role
Accor is a worldwide hospitality leader that welcomes diverse talent and supports personal growth. As a Porter you will ensure smooth receipt and handling of goods, contributing to the hotel’s operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Receive goods from suppliers and compare them with purchase orders and invoices.
- Verify quantities, inspect for damage or defects, and check expiry dates.
- Record received quantities, complete goods‑receiving forms and move items to designated storage.
- Submit invoices and related documents to Finance and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized receiving area while following health and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, Stores and other departments as required.
Required profile
- Diploma education.
- Ability to count items accurately and check dates and documents.
- Honest, reliable and detail‑oriented.
- Physically able to move goods safely.
- Good communication skills and willingness to follow instructions.
- Previous experience in goods receiving or porter duties is preferred.
