About the role
We are looking for a Portfolio Manager to lead a group of projects and programs, ensuring they deliver measurable value aligned with our strategic objectives. The role requires balancing priorities, resources, and outcomes across the entire portfolio while providing clear guidance to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of projects and programs from initiation to closure.
- Align portfolio investments with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Optimize resource allocation and resolve competing priorities.
- Track portfolio health, benefits realization, and financial performance.
- Advise leadership on trade‑offs, risks, and portfolio decisions.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project and program management.
- Proven experience managing portfolios or a PMO.
- Strong analytical, financial, and decision‑making capabilities.
- Relevant certification such as PfMP, MoP, or equivalent preferred.
