About the role
Bureau Veritas Saudi Arabia is seeking a commercially driven and technically competent Power & Utilities Technical Sales professional to support the growth of its Power & Utilities business across Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with business development capabilities to identify opportunities, build client relationships, develop technical and commercial proposals, and promote Bureau Veritas' consultancy, technical advisory, inspection, and asset integrity services across the Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution, Renewable Energy, Water, and Utilities sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the Power & Utilities sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with utilities, developers, EPC contractors, industrial clients, and government authorities.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals and participate in tendering activities.
- Coordinate with technical teams to deliver high‑quality solutions and project support.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 10+ years of experience in the Power & Utilities sector.
- Proven experience in technical sales, business development, consultancy, or technical advisory.
- Existing network with utilities, developers, EPC contractors, and energy‑sector stakeholders in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
Required skills
- Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution, Renewable Energy (Solar PV, Wind, BESS).
- Water & Utilities Infrastructure.
- Knowledge of international standards such as IEC, IEEE, ISO, NFPA, and ASME.
