PPC & Paid Social Manager

About the role

We are seeking a PPC & Paid Social Manager to lead performance‑driven advertising campaigns for a diverse portfolio of global B2B and B2C clients. Based in Saudi Arabia, you will work within a fast‑growing digital marketing agency, handling campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta and LinkedIn while using audience insights and data to deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise PPC and paid‑social campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Develop advertising strategies aligned with client objectives, audience insights and industry context.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager for accurate measurement.
• Write compelling, performance‑focused ad copy with flawless English.
• Interpret briefs, identify gaps, ask clarifying questions and translate requirements into effective campaigns.
• Monitor performance, identify optimisation opportunities and make data‑driven decisions.
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining organisation.
• Collaborate with SEO, creative and other digital teams to create integrated strategies.
• Support growth of the paid‑media function and take on increasing leadership responsibilities.
• Contribute to sales pitches, proposals and client communications.
• Explore additional channels such as TikTok, Reddit and programmatic platforms when appropriate.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional PPC experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Proven ability to implement conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager.
• Excellent copywriting skills with impeccable written English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and maintain high organisational standards.
