About the role
We are seeking an experienced Pre‑Opening Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing and purchasing activities for the upcoming Hyatt Place Al Ula hotel. The role will ensure that all supplies, equipment and materials are procured on time to support the hotel’s launch.
Key responsibilities
- Manage pre‑opening procurement operations and purchasing activities.
- Source suppliers and negotiate pricing and contracts.
- Ensure timely delivery of supplies, equipment, and materials.
- Coordinate with departments to identify operational requirements.
- Monitor inventory, budgets, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Previous experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in hospitality or pre‑opening projects.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management abilities.
- Good understanding of procurement processes and inventory control.
- Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
