About the role

Join the vibrant pre‑opening team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea, a new luxury beachside destination on Shura Island, Saudi Arabia. As a Prep Cook 2 you will support the culinary team in delivering the high‑quality food experiences expected at a Four Seasons property, while working in a sustainable, nature‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

Perform basic food preparation for the resort’s six restaurant and lounge outlets.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, quality and organization throughout the kitchen.

Required profile

Enthusiastic individual beginning a culinary career in a luxury hospitality environment.

Required skills

Knowledge of kitchen hygiene standards.
