Principal Business Process Consultant – Industry AI Solutions

About the role

Join SAP's Customer Industry Solutions team to lead AI‑driven transformation projects for large enterprises. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to uncover high‑impact opportunities and deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer innovation engagements, run discovery workshops and boot camps to surface and prioritize Industry AI opportunities.
• Define high‑value Industry AI use cases, translating business challenges into implementable AI solutions with clear requirements and KPIs.
• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle from discovery to deployment, building prototypes, setting acceptance criteria and validating outcomes.
• Deliver rapid value using an iterative model that puts measurable results into production within weeks.
• Build and enrich the Industry AI portfolio by turning learnings into reusable assets and accelerators for SAP globally.

Required profile

• 6+ years of deep industry experience in Manufacturing, Energy & Natural Resources, Consumer Products or Professional Services.
• Proven expertise in defining and delivering Agentic AI solutions with measurable business impact.
• Strong product management or consulting background, able to lead senior‑level transformation programs.
• Excellent executive‑level communication and emotional intelligence for workshops and co‑innovation sessions.
• Strategic thinking, complex problem solving and ability to quantify AI‑driven business value.
