Principal Consultant – Leadership Development (Bilingual Arabic & English)

About the role

Help executives reimagine how they lead, develop teams and achieve performance breakthroughs. In this role you will guide executives in how they think, lead and achieve—unlocking their full potential. Backed by Gallup’s globally recognized research on strengths, engagement and leadership, you’ll design and deliver transformational consulting, coaching, workshops and leadership development programs for leaders at all levels.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations and needs assessments to understand client challenges and diagnose business needs and opportunities.
• Design and deliver customized learning solutions that blend Gallup’s analytics with clients’ strategic priorities.
• Lead executive‑level sessions, envisioning workshops, alignment meetings and coaching to elevate performance, strengthen culture and achieve measurable business results.
• Apply concepts of culture transformation, strengths development, employee engagement, performance management and coaching to help leaders, managers and individuals maximize their potential.
