Principal Strategist, Inspire Value

About the role

ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Strategist to lead high‑impact, industry‑aligned digital transformation engagements for select customers. You will partner with executive leaders, guide discovery workshops, and shape multi‑year roadmaps that leverage the ServiceNow AI platform.

Key responsibilities

• Engage C‑level executives to define and manage custom advisory projects aligned with industry goals.
• Lead discovery workshops, capture business challenges, and present strategic recommendations.
• Produce high‑quality deliverables, including roadmaps, business cases, and value realization plans.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to shape account plans and sales strategies.
• Provide end‑to‑end business outcome advice throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Identify and develop new intellectual property such as best‑practice guides, white papers, and workshops.
• Continuously improve consulting frameworks and enable ServiceNow teams on a business‑focused sales approach.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience as a management consultant or strategy manager with exposure to cloud technologies.
• Proven track record delivering digital transformation or enterprise software projects.
• Experience in a major industry (FSI, Telco, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.) is preferred.
• Strong C‑level relationship building and ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Excellent public speaking, facilitation, and white‑boarding skills.
• Executive presence with a humble demeanor and collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
