Process Engineer – JIT (Just-In-Time Manufacturing)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading automotive manufacturing organization in Saudi Arabia to hire an experienced Process Engineer – JIT. The role supports and improves seat assembly processes within a demanding Just‑In‑Time manufacturing operation, ideal for hands‑on professionals with automotive assembly, Lean, line balancing and JIT/JIS expertise.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of process or manufacturing engineering experience in automotive seating production.
• Hands‑on experience with Just‑in‑Sequence (JIS) delivery and JIT manufacturing environments.

Required skills

• Knowledge of controlled fastening systems, conveyors, automated inspection equipment and end‑of‑line testers.
• Proficiency with CAD layout tools and manufacturing traceability systems.
• Strong understanding of line balancing, standardized work, Lean manufacturing and structured root‑cause analysis.
• Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA and automotive quality requirements.
• Ability to analyse production data, troubleshoot shop‑floor issues and implement process improvements.
