Procurement Manager – Global Sourcing & Vendor Management

About the role

The Procurement Manager leads global sourcing, vendor management and purchasing operations, ensuring that all divisions receive timely, cost‑effective and high‑quality goods and services, including luxury and exclusive products. This senior role oversees the procurement team, supplier relationships and contracts while driving cost optimisation without compromising quality or discretion.

Key responsibilities

• Research, evaluate and manage vendors for local and international recurring and non‑recurring luxury products and services.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms and conditions, and implement new agreements to secure best value and efficient delivery.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date vetted vendor network and database across categories and regions.
• Oversee purchase order administration, approvals, and expense optimisation.
• Coordinate import/export activities in and out of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with relevant internal divisions.
• Develop and manage procurement budgets, track spend, and identify opportunities for price optimisation.
• Review and negotiate service provider contracts to ensure favourable terms and compliance.
• Lead, mentor and develop Product Specialists, ensuring deep market study and pricing penetration.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global procurement, sourcing and vendor management, preferably with luxury or exclusive product lines.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to secure advantageous contracts.
• Excellent analytical abilities to manage budgets and optimise costs.
• Ability to work under pressure and approve time‑sensitive, high‑value procurement requests.
• Experience coordinating international logistics and customs processes.
