Procurement Manager – Luxury Resort (Saudi National)

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead the sourcing and purchasing of goods and services for a world‑class resort within Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea Project. Reporting to the Director of Procurement, you will ensure optimal pricing, quality, and compliance with hotel policies while supporting seamless hotel operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end procurement processes, including competitive bidding, contract negotiation and supplier onboarding.
• Maintain appropriate par stock levels, monitor inventory, and ensure accurate documentation of all transactions.
• Collaborate closely with the Culinary Director and Director of F&B to align purchasing strategy with menu development and operational goals.
• Develop and manage vendor relationships, conduct performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement in service and delivery reliability.
• Track market trends, pricing fluctuations and supply risks to support cost‑control, forecasting and budgeting.
• Implement procurement policies, inventory controls and sustainability standards, ensuring compliance with food‑safety and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze purchasing data and KPIs to identify savings opportunities, waste‑reduction initiatives and supply‑chain efficiencies.

Required profile

• Saudi national, as indicated in the title.
• Proven experience in procurement or purchasing within the hospitality or resort sector.
• Strong understanding of food‑and‑beverage sourcing, inventory management and vendor negotiation.
