Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist with strong experience in spare parts procurement to join our team. The role involves managing the procurement process for spare parts and maintenance‑related materials, ensuring timely availability for operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the procurement process for spare parts and maintenance‑related materials.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, availability, and delivery timelines.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and commercial agreements with suppliers.
• Prepare and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs).
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, and other departments to ensure timely availability of required spare parts.
• Maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Monitor market prices and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in spare parts, automotive, heavy equipment or maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of spare parts and ability to source technical items.
• Good command of English and strong communication, coordination and analytical skills.
