Procurement Specialist

Job description
Key responsibilities
- Manage purchase orders and follow up with local and international suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, discounts, MOQs, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor stock levels to minimize out‑of‑stock and overstock.
- Source and evaluate suppliers and beauty brands.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Inventory, Finance, Retail, and Commercial teams.
- Ensure product authenticity, shelf life, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Track supplier performance, delivery timelines, and purchasing costs.
- Support promotions, new launches, and seasonal purchasing.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of procurement experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or retail.
