Procurement Specialist

About the role

Alturki Holdings is looking for a Procurement Specialist to drive strategic sourcing and procurement excellence across assigned categories, ensuring value creation, supplier performance and effective stakeholder collaboration. The role is based in Riyadh.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities across assigned categories.
• Develop and implement category sourcing strategies.
• Lead supplier sourcing, evaluations and selection processes.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and service agreements.
• Review and manage contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Monitor supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or category management.
• Proven experience in supplier management and commercial negotiations.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and contract management.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional certifications such as CIPS are an advantage.
