Procurement Team Lead – Indirect Materials

About the role

Americana Foods is seeking a Procurement Team Lead for Indirect Materials to drive cost optimisation, manage supplier relationships and ensure seamless procurement execution across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end procurement cycle, from budgeting and market intelligence to sourcing and negotiations.
• Manage RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, raise purchase orders and oversee import documentation and customs clearance.
• Ensure compliance with Incoterms and internal procurement procedures while meeting OTIF targets.
• Prepare and manage contracts, optimise net working capital and support inventory optimisation.
• Lead new cost‑optimisation projects and foster innovation within the procurement function.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and market intelligence firms.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in indirect procurement, preferably in the Food & Beverage sector.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSCP or CSCM are a plus.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
