Product Developer II – AI Office (Saudi Arabia)

About the role
We are looking for a Product Developer II to join BMC Helix’s AI Office team in Saudi Arabia. You will develop prototypes, MVPs and new features for BMC Helix products and help customers achieve their business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Develop MVPs, proofs‑of‑concept and design lab environments for AI Office engineering projects.
- Perform thorough problem analysis and resolve product‑related issues according to BMC Helix support standards.
- Provide training and enablement for Product Support TSAs, SEs, partners and customers.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to gather and clarify requirements.
