Product Growth Strategist

About the role

The Product Growth Strategist will help organisations unlock sustainable product growth through data‑driven strategy, experimentation, and deep customer insights. Working remotely from Saudi Arabia, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and execute high‑impact opportunities across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Own growth initiatives from analysis through execution, partnering with product, design, engineering, marketing and business stakeholders.
• Develop and implement product growth strategies aimed at improving acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and customer lifetime value.
• Analyze behavioral and product analytics to uncover growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
• Design, run and evaluate A/B tests and other experimentation programs, creating hypotheses, measurement frameworks and performance reports.
• Present insights and actionable recommendations to leadership and support product launches, onboarding improvements, feature adoption and retention projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating and executing growth strategies for digital products or platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and key product metrics across the growth funnel.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with diverse teams and communicate insights to both technical and business audiences.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with behavioral analytics and product intelligence tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude or GA4.
• Experience designing, managing and evaluating product experiments and A/B tests.
