Product Owner – Wellness Booking & Loyalty Platform

About the role

We are seeking a Product Owner to lead the development of our wellness-focused booking, loyalty and CRM platform. The role bridges our white-label B2B solution and consumer marketplace, ensuring both serve the specific needs of salons, spas, clinics and other service-based businesses across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously prioritize the product backlog for both the B2B white-label platform and the consumer marketplace.
• Translate business objectives and client feedback into clear, actionable user stories and requirements.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, engineers and QA to deliver features that solve real operational challenges for wellness businesses.
• Define and refine booking, scheduling, loyalty and CRM workflows that reflect day-to-day service-business operations.
• Run sprint planning, backlog grooming and stakeholder reviews using Azure DevOps.
• Validate releases against business requirements before go-live.
• Provide a strong product vision for appointment-based solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably on booking, scheduling or appointment-based platforms.
• Hands-on knowledge of the wellness, salon, spa or beauty industry and its operational nuances.
• Proven ability to manage backlogs and sprints in Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Strong business acumen to balance customer needs, technical constraints and commercial goals.
• Experience working with cross-functional agile/scrum teams (design, engineering, QA).
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Builder’s mindset comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.
