Product Specialist – Dermatological Beauty (Eastern Province)

About the role

As a Product Specialist in the Dermatological Beauty Division, you will be the scientific bridge between L’Oréal’s skin‑care brands and healthcare professionals in Khobar. Reporting to the Regional Medical Visits Manager, you will use your expertise to strengthen brand advocacy and improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Visit targeted doctors and present the scientific value of our products to increase prescriptions and brand recommendation.
• Represent the brand at medical congresses and events, delivering compelling medical detailing.
• Implement the medical visit plan using digital and physical promotional tools, ensuring personalized communication.
• Analyze sector, competitor activity and prescription data to identify growth opportunities and propose strategic action plans.
• Manage visit planning, reporting and activity monitoring through Veeva CRM, and ensure product availability in clinics and pharmacies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, biology or a related scientific field.
• Previous experience as a medical representative or similar role is highly valued.
• Strong scientific knowledge of dermatology and ability to translate data into medical detailing.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities.
• Customer‑centric attitude, strong collaboration and influence skills.
• Effective negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Valid Saudi driving license.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Veeva CRM for visit planning and reporting.
• Experience using digital promotional tools for e‑detailing and brand communication.
