Product Specialist

About the role

The Product Specialist will act as a bridge between IPSEN and healthcare professionals treating rare diseases in the Kingdom. The role focuses on driving awareness of IPSEN’s rare‑disease products, providing accurate scientific information, and supporting improved patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Become a subject‑matter expert on the assigned rare disease and IPSEN products, and disseminate accurate, compliant information to healthcare professionals (HCPs) in line with company strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs and key opinion leaders, educate them on product benefits, and implement awareness‑building strategies.
• Track and analyse market performance, competitor activity and trends; prepare regular reports and keep the CRM system up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and scientific concepts.
• Excellent scientific communication skills.
• Degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
