Product Specialist – Marketing & Operations

About the role

The Product Specialist will coordinate the corporate annual marketing calendar, budget and training plans, ensure timely performance reporting, and drive the increase of peritoneal dialysis (PD) connected patients. The role also manages marketing events, vendor relationships and supports the sales team with demand planning and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the corporate annual marketing calendar in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create and monitor the annual marketing budget and coordinate team leave planning.
• Plan and organise annual training programmes for marketing and sales teams together with HR.
• Produce monthly performance dashboards covering sales, patient data and educational activities.
• Increase the percentage of PD‑connected patients and monitor digital platforms such as Sharesource.
• Manage the full lifecycle of marketing events, including grant applications, venue selection, branding, agendas and logistics.
• Oversee vendor management: issue RFQs, evaluate quotations, generate purchase orders and follow up on payments.
• Support the sales team with PD cycler demand‑supply planning, CAPEX creation, shipment scheduling, distribution and maintenance coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical‑device environments.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with clinical, sales and finance teams.
• Strong analytical mindset for reporting and data‑driven decision making.
• Experience managing events, grants and vendor relationships.
