Product Specialist – PureWick (Al Madinah)

About the role

The Product Specialist – PureWick will drive adoption, utilization, and commercial growth of the PureWick portfolio across Saudi Arabia. Acting as the clinical and commercial champion, you will shape market development, engage key stakeholders, and promote PureWick as the standard of care for non‑invasive urinary management.

Key responsibilities

• Increase portfolio share and achieve annual budget targets in assigned accounts.
• Create new sales opportunities across hospitals and health‑care organizations through direct orders and tenders.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to maximise market penetration and product utilisation.
• Lead account onboarding, stakeholder mapping, and customer‑engagement activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate product availability to hospitals.
• Manage relationships with clinical and non‑clinical stakeholders in strategic accounts.
• Identify key opinion leaders within the incontinence community and ensure ethical product promotion.
• Provide fast response to customer requests and market demand, including market mapping and customer segmentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, medical sciences, pharmacy, biomedical engineering or a related healthcare field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical or medical‑device sales within the Saudi market.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
