Product Specialist – PureWick (Dammam/Khobar)

About the role

The Product Specialist – PureWick will drive adoption, utilization and commercial growth of the PureWick portfolio across Saudi Arabia. Acting as the clinical and commercial champion, you will work with hospitals and healthcare providers to make PureWick the standard of care for non‑invasive urinary management.

Key responsibilities

• Increase portfolio share and achieve the annual budget in assigned accounts.
• Create new sales opportunities through direct orders and tenders across all healthcare organizations in the territory.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to maximise market penetration and product utilisation.
• Lead account onboarding, stakeholder mapping and customer‑engagement activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate product availability to hospitals.
• Manage relationships with clinical and non‑clinical stakeholders, including key opinion leaders in the incontinence community.
• Ensure promotional activities are delivered ethically and in compliance with BD standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, medical sciences, pharmacy, biomedical engineering or a related healthcare field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare environment, preferably in medical device or clinical sales.
