Product Specialist – Rare Disease (Central Region)

About the role

Join Ipsen as a Product Specialist focused on rare diseases in Saudi Arabia’s Central Region. You will act as a scientific bridge between the company and healthcare professionals, ensuring they have accurate product information and support to improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
• Deliver high‑quality scientific and product information about Ipsen’s rare‑disease portfolio.
• Create and execute regional engagement plans aligned with corporate strategy.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify opportunities to enhance patient access.
• Record all activities and customer data accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Regulatory and other internal teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Pharmacy or a related scientific field.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with rare‑disease products.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Strong focus on patient outcomes, accountability and purposeful execution.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time within the Central Region.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for activity reporting and customer management.
