Production Engineer – Dairy Manufacturing

About the role
Wadi Fatima Foodstuff Trading Establishment is looking for a Production Engineer to lead the manufacturing of evaporated milk and cream. The role ensures operational efficiency, product quality and strict compliance with food safety standards in a fast‑paced dairy environment.
Key responsibilities
- Directly supervise production line operations for evaporated milk and cream.
- Maintain compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000 and all technical specifications.
- Optimize line efficiency, reduce waste and control operational costs.
- Develop daily and monthly production schedules and allocate tasks to the team.
- Coordinate with the maintenance department to guarantee equipment readiness.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Chemical, Food Science Engineering or a related field.
- Hands‑on experience in evaporated milk and cream manufacturing.
- In‑depth knowledge of food safety management systems (HACCP / ISO 22000).
- Strong leadership and ability to manage production workflows.
