Production Line Supervisor

About the role

The Production Line Supervisor leads and coordinates daily activities on the manufacturing floor, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met. This position requires a strong leader who can drive operational efficiency, implement process improvements, and foster a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet schedules, goals, and quality standards.
• Manage, train, and evaluate production staff, providing the resources needed for safe and efficient performance.
• Monitor and enforce safety policies, conducting regular inspections of equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate workflows with maintenance, quality control, and inventory teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot production issues, minimize downtime, and achieve production targets.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
• Support the development and implementation of process improvements, cost‑reduction, and waste‑management initiatives.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among staff.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or technical certification in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor, preferably in the perfumes industry.

Required skills

• Knowledge of production processes and machinery operation.
• Experience with quality control practices.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements in a manufacturing environment.
