About the role
Albadwy is seeking a Production Manager to lead its women’s fashion manufacturing unit in Riyadh. The role focuses on overseeing the full production cycle for items such as Abayas, dresses, Jalabiyas and lounge wear, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and monitor daily production activities to meet targets.
- Coordinate with design, sourcing and quality teams to ensure specifications are met.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods, optimizing stock levels.
- Lead and supervise production staff, providing training and performance feedback.
- Implement and maintain ERP system processes for production tracking and reporting.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in women’s fashion manufacturing.
- Hands‑on knowledge of producing Abayas, dresses, Jalabiyas and lounge wear.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
- Proven ability to coordinate and manage production operations.
Required skills
- Experience with ERP systems.
