Production & Manufacturing Manager

About the role

The Production & Manufacturing Manager is responsible for identifying product needs, defining technical specifications, and overseeing both local and international manufacturing operations to ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and efficient supply‑chain performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify product demands and define precise technical and standard specifications.
• Supervise production and manufacturing processes domestically and abroad to maintain continuity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with local and international factories to ensure compliance with specifications and governmental regulations.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop and update manufacturing processes.
• Develop strategic production plans, monitor execution, and ensure timelines are met.
• Ensure quality standards across all production stages while reducing waste and costs.
• Lead and manage the production team, assign tasks, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehousing to guarantee smooth flow of raw materials and finished goods.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and enforce safety, environmental, and quality protocols.
• Prepare detailed operational and production reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in production and manufacturing management, preferably in the gifts sector or similar outsourcing environments.
• Full fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) for communication with international factories.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically Odoo.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with production management tools.
