Production & Manufacturing Manager

About the role

The Production & Manufacturing Manager will lead end‑to‑end manufacturing operations across local and international facilities, ensuring that raw material supplies, production schedules, and quality standards are met. This role coordinates closely with procurement, design, and sales teams to deliver high‑quality products on time and within regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate materials procurement with the Procurement Department to secure raw materials and supplies in the required quality, quantity, and timelines.
• Supervise manufacturing processes in company factories and external sites, maintaining operational continuity and efficiency.
• Monitor daily production activities on‑site, ensuring adherence to approved plans and technical specifications.
• Control operational inventory, tracking raw material movement to prevent production downtime.
• Develop and enforce production planning, scheduling, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with the Design Team to translate concepts into production‑ready products.
• Implement quality assurance measures, reduce waste, and optimize cost efficiency.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, equipment maintenance, and factory safety.
• Lead the production team, assign responsibilities, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Maintain cross‑department communication and prepare detailed operational reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience managing production lines, manufacturing operations, and supply‑chain coordination (local and international).
• Prior experience in retail, gift manufacturing, or souvenir production is preferred.
• Strong command of Arabic and English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically Odoo.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with production management tools.
