Production Operator

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The role involves operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards. You will work on the shop floor, supporting daily production activities and maintaining a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment to maintain efficient workflow and quality compliance.
• Prepare equipment for operation, perform initial checks, and ensure machine readiness before production runs.
• Execute machine start‑up and shut‑down procedures following standard operating procedures.
• Monitor production processes and make basic operational adjustments to sustain product quality and process consistency.
• Conduct in‑process inspections to verify that products meet required specifications.
• Support preventive maintenance activities and report any equipment issues or abnormal conditions.
• Perform basic troubleshooting to minimize machine downtime.
• Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in a similar production or manufacturing environment.
