Production Operator – Manufacturing Line

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role you will support the Quality Inspector, maintain line cleanliness, and ensure that products meet the required specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Quality Inspector and verify product conformity with finished‑goods specifications.
• Maintain a clean work environment on the line throughout the shift and during month‑end closure.
• Complete and submit daily production reports to the Production Team Leader.
• Set up machines correctly, perform size changes, and handle raw material movements between the warehouse and the line.
• Communicate any machine issues verbally to the Lead Operator and Line Setter.
• Organise finished‑goods pallets, waste bins, waste trolleys, and raw material in their designated locations.
• Follow safety and environmental procedures and take part in HSE toolbox talks.

Required profile

• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Good communication skills to report issues promptly.
• Willingness to work on a production floor and adhere to safety guidelines.
