Production Operator – Water Factory

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to join Nestle Waters KSA at the Almanhal Water Factory in Almadinah Al Munawarah. The role involves machine‑tending, operating a variety of production equipment, and ensuring product quality while maintaining a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Check raw material and packaging quantities against production orders to prevent delays.
• Perform testing procedures to verify optimal machine performance.
• Follow standard operating procedures for each production line.
• Monitor line equipment parameters and submit fault reports when abnormalities occur.
• Lead shift‑level operational reviews to discuss achievements and issues.
• Verify production dates and batch numbers printed on bottles.
• Conduct water‑quality sampling and analysis to confirm treatment results.
• Maintain accurate logs and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Assist the Safety Officer with regular safety inspections and record corrective actions.
• Perform chemical cleaning of manufacturing equipment and monitor water‑consuming machines across the factory.
• Use warehouse mobility devices for material handling and operate the ERP system for transactions.

Required profile

• Associate degree in General Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Electro‑mechanics, Industrial or Manufacturing.
• 1–4 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the food & beverage sector or plastic blow‑molding, injection, and labeling.
• Core knowledge of Nestlé’s 10 Principles and expertise in the areas of responsibility.
• Ability to work safely, adhere to zero‑waste initiatives, and follow Nestlé safety rules.
