Production Supervisor – Food Manufacturing

About the role

The Production Supervisor will lead a production line within one of the world’s largest food companies, ensuring efficient manpower allocation, cost control, and adherence to safety and sustainability standards. You will work closely with engineering and research teams to implement new equipment, processes, and products.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate allocation of production manpower and associated costs.
• Support the engineering team in defining equipment specifications and production flows.
• Participate in corrective and preventive action decisions for production issues.
• Start up, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Drive productivity and efficiency initiatives across production lines.
• Optimize resource utilization through effective production processes.
• Assist the research team in launching new products on the line.
• Manage 3rd‑party workforce to meet performance, quality, and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with BRF sustainability policies and ESG commitments.

Required profile

• Graduation in Food Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Management or a related field.
• Basic experience in a production environment (minimum 1 month).
