About the role
Abis is hiring a Production Supervisor for its plastic department in Al Jubail. The role keeps the polycarbonate solid sheet extrusion line running smoothly and ensures production targets and product quality are met.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the production flow of the polycarbonate solid sheet extrusion line
- Ensure production plans are completed within the planned timeframe
- Check production output against specifications
- Keep product quality in line with the Quality Plan
- Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Production or a relevant field
- Prior experience with extrusion lines
- Ability to manage up to 20+ employees
Required skills
- Sound knowledge of the sheet extrusion molding machine process
