Production Supervisor – Sterile Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our sterile manufacturing operations in Dammam. The role focuses on ensuring full compliance with cGMP, safety, and quality standards while driving operational efficiency across biosimilar and oncology filling lines.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and control daily operations in the assigned production department.
• Supervise adherence to safety, quality, and supply principles and ensure cost‑effective resource use.
• Prepare, review and maintain production documentation such as SOPs, POIs and validation protocols.
• Lead production planning meetings, GMP and validation sessions, and internal/external audits.
• Support R&D in scale‑up activities and new product launches.
• Troubleshoot shop‑floor issues, manage procurement of disposables and change parts, and oversee media‑fill activities.
• Maintain operational data, oversee preventive maintenance, and handle eQMS activities including deviations, CAPA, change controls and risk management.
• Train operators and officers on procedures, and liaise with Engineering for equipment troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong background in sterile, aseptic filling, ampoule, vial and lyophilization processes.
• Leadership and coordination abilities with a collaborative, solutions‑focused mindset.
