Program Director – Infrastructure Projects (Jeddah)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Program Director to lead large‑scale infrastructure programmes in Jeddah. The role will oversee the planning, design and delivery of critical assets such as bridges, tunnels, roads, storm‑water networks and city‑wide development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall programme strategy for multiple infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with consulting firms, government agencies and internal teams to ensure alignment with technical and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets and quality standards, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Lead risk management, reporting and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi national standards and sustainability goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure project delivery, preferably with leading consulting firms or government bodies.
• Proven expertise in bridges, tunnels, road networks, storm‑water drainage and urban development programmes.
• Professional Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
