Civil Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with 3-5 years of relevant experience to support the execution and supervision of civil construction projects in Yanbu. The ideal candidate should have strong site experience, solid technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and fluent spoken English.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor civil works at site in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Read, interpret, and review engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Review BOQs, specifications, and other technical documents.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Monitor site progress, quality, materials, and workmanship.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project standards and requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical and site‑related issues.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and site procedures.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control activities.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and site teams in English.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in civil construction or project engineering.
• Experience in Road Construction or Industrial/Factory Construction.
• Strong site supervision experience.
• Fluent spoken English.
• Willingness and ability to work on‑site in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia.
