Program Manager

About the role

Penta Consulting is looking for a seasoned Program Manager to lead large‑scale Data Center projects across the EMEA region. The role combines technical credibility with commercial awareness to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of complex Data Center programmes, from initiation to completion.
• Establish and maintain programme governance, controls, processes, and reporting frameworks.
• Develop and manage programme dashboards, monitor performance against schedule, budget, scope, quality and risk metrics.
• Identify gaps, risks and issues early, drive mitigation plans and corrective actions.
• Act as the primary customer‑facing representative, building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Lead steering committee meetings, programme reviews and governance forums.
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery teams, including engineering, construction, operations and commissioning.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing Data Center programmes or large‑scale IT infrastructure projects.
• Strong programme management, reporting and risk management capabilities.
• Excellent client‑facing and executive‑level communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to align project objectives with business goals.
• Proven ability to drive accountability across multidisciplinary teams, contractors and suppliers.
