Program Manager

About the role

The Program Manager will lead the execution of training programs, ensuring clear communication, compliance with Google Training guidelines, and effective stakeholder engagement throughout the lifecycle of each program.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor program health and deliver weekly status updates to all stakeholders.
• Author and distribute weekly learning program updates and reports.
• Provide quarterly insights to shape future program iterations.
• Establish governance and ensure compliance with Google Cloud Learning policies.
• Attend onsite or virtual customer meetings as needed.
• Coordinate requests outside the standard program flow, routing them to appropriate teams.
• Serve as primary liaison between learning service stakeholders, leading weekly and bi‑weekly alignment meetings.
• Anticipate and resolve operational delivery issues, reflecting them in reports.
• Finalize quarterly training schedules with ATP and customers, managing policy‑driven changes.
• Administer certification voucher distribution and reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on email blasts, social media assets, and promotional materials.
• Manage the Google RSVP registration tool and keep course webpages up to date.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing training or learning programs end‑to‑end.
• Strong ability to produce concise weekly and quarterly reports.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination skills across multiple internal and external groups.
• Familiarity with compliance and governance processes in a cloud‑learning environment.
• Capability to handle logistics, scheduling, and voucher administration.
• Experience working with marketing teams to drive program visibility.
