Project Control Manager – Infrastructure Portfolio

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Control Manager to lead project controls across a large portfolio of infrastructure projects. The role will be responsible for cost management, scheduling, change control, document management, reporting, and coordination of testing and commissioning activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project controls covering cost, schedule, budget, forecasting, change management and performance reporting.
• Develop and maintain portfolio‑level schedules, master schedules, baselines, stage‑gate schedules and recovery plans.
• Monitor project budgets, commitments, actual costs, cash flow, invoices and consolidated cost reports.
• Review contractor baseline schedules, assess schedule performance and implement corrective actions.
• Implement project controls processes, procedures, reporting standards and stage‑gate requirements.
• Support contract preparation with schedule, cost, milestone, document management and testing & commissioning inputs.
• Oversee document management systems, archiving, record control and compliance.
• Manage testing and commissioning requirements and associated resources.
• Assess team capability, define roles, support knowledge transfer and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in project controls, planning and scheduling on large‑scale projects.
• Strong expertise in cost engineering, cost control, planning, scheduling, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction and project start‑up processes.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capability.
• International experience preferred, especially in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Professional proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Professional proficiency in EPPM (Enterprise Project Portfolio Management).
